Entry Gate for Foothill Complex (G1026)

Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following work, see Contract Documents for full details:
The Site of the Work is located at 1720 E Lake Mead Parkway, Henderson 89015, at the Foothills Pumping Facility, APN 179-03-101-001 and 160-34-401-001.

The Work consists of removal of existing double leaf swing gate and tortoise guard at the existing access gate and installation of a new automatic access gate with accessories, man gate, concrete pads, tortoise guard, chain link fence modification and addition at the location specified on the drawings. The scope also includes grading and electrical work including installation of electrical and communications conduit with pullboxes to bring power from existing Foothills ROFC to the proposed access gate, which requires trenching of approximately 1,450 feet. Installation of card readers, camera, and light pole is also a part of the project scope.
