Entry Door Glass Repair and Replacement

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Entry Door Glass Repair and Replacement located at San Jose Armory, 251 West Hedding Street, San Jose, CA 95110.  Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, insurance, permits, transportation and supervision to perform the repair to replace the broken glass in the entry doors at the San Jose National Guard Armory.  All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35579 - DO NOT OPEN.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-17 - Glazing Contractor license, or subcontract to one.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic, at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 5/28/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 35579.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 6/5/2025 at 2:00 PM.
