Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the due date for questions from vendors. Reference Section L in the revised solicittaion document posted as 030ADV26R0001 0001. Question are due 12/18/25 by 3 pm.
Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions submitted in response to the solicitation and amend the requirements in Section C of the solicitation. Changed text is in blue font. The due date for proposals is extended to 12:00pm EST January 8, 2026.
The Library of Congress (Library), Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires contractor support for the Library ‘s Print Management Program. The major performance areas under this requirement include: Managed Print Services; Production Equipment, Library Print Shop, Copyright Printing Program; Wide Format Printers; Administrative Copier Program; Reading Rooms; Congressional Research Service Program; and Equipment Purchases.
