Description

The contractor shall deliver and maintain a fully operational SIP trunking service that:





  • Install and Configure during a dedicated 90-day Phase-In period to account for Local Number Portability (LNP) processing.







  • Achieve Full Operational Capability (FOC), including the successful porting of all existing telephone numbers, no later than November 30, 2026.







  • Meets or exceeds performance and availability thresholds.







  • Provides continuous 24/7 service with defined support response times.







  • Ensures zero disruption to inbound and outbound calling during the transition from the incumbent provider.
