Enterprise Resource Planning System Replacement Consulting Services

The City of Greenville (City) is initiating an Enterprise Systems Modernization Initiative to evaluate, select, and implement future state business processes. The City is seeking an independent, vendor-agnostic advisory consultant to lead a structured discovery and procurement strategy that enables software vendor(s) and implementation partner(s) to collaboratively propose a best fit solution. This initiative aims to position the City for long-term operational efficiency, scalability, and improved citizen services through modern ERP solutions.

The qualified consultant or firm must be able to demonstrate successful experience in leading government enterprise system modernization projects, including overall project management, process assessment, process improvement, needs assessment, detail functional and technical requirements, Procurement strategies, RFP development, solution selection assistance, and contract negotiations.
