RFP NUMBER: 2023-013

The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed bids from software vendors up to 2:45 P.M. EST, on March 30, 2023 , via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ AND via hardcopy mail in the City Clerk’s Office, 5581 West Oakland Boulevard, Suite 421, Lauderhill, Florida 33313 and will be opened at 3:00 P.M. in Room 135. All bidders must register online with the City of Lauderhill at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ .

Proposals received after 2:45 P.M. will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from software vendors, systems integrators, implementation partners and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that meets the City’s needs.

An electronic copy of the bid must be submitted via IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ AND a hardcopy response in a sealed envelope bearing the words: “RFP 2023-013 Enterprise Resource Planning Software” to the City Clerk, City of Lauderhill, 5581 W. Oakland Park Boulevard Suite 421, Lauderhill, FL 33313. Faxed Bids will not be accepted.

Contract Documents may be examined and obtained on and after February 9, 2023 at the City’s website and IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ .
