Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research specific to modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution and Implementation Services suitable for a large K-12 school system like Fairfax County Public Schools (hereafter referred to as ‘FCPS’). The solution will replace the existing legacy Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains 2018 Release 2 system (Great Plains), which serves as the official system of record for the accounting of the FCPS non-appropriated funds, also referred to as ‘Local School Activity Funds’ (LSAF). FCPS is seeking industry's perspective, best practices, potential considerations and risks, and recommendations regarding the desired services and deliverables.
