Enterprise - Demand Response and Curtailment Service Provider

This amendment resulting in lot one, round two is issued remove the Competitive Retail Service provider requirement and to extend the opening date of the solicitation. If you have already submitted your response, you are required to resubmit your bid in response to this amendment.

Purpose and Background:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Contractors to provide voluntary Statewide Demand Response (DR) and other curtailment services. The contracted services will manage participation and enrollment, enabling State Agencies to engage in one or more PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) DR programs and other curtailment services. The goal is to maximize the Distributed Energy Resource Payments Split (DER) from all payments obtained by the Contractor for the Agency's performance in these programs.
