Project Description: General Description: The scope of work shall include all scheduled operational inspections, testing, operation, maintenance, warranty, and quality control of the Conveyance Systems. This shall be done to mitigate and reduce breakdowns, prolong the life expectancy of equipment, minimize system downtime, enhance system performance, and to repair or replace system components that fail or malfunction.
Contract Term: Five (5) year period .
Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise Goal: Goal for this contract is 13%.
Applicable Laws: This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252.
