Enterprise Asset Management Software

The City of Fernley (City) is requesting proposals from professional consulting firms for an Enterprise Asset Management Software (EAMS). It is the intent of the City of Fernley to purchase a hosted solution that will maximize operational efficiency, simplify cataloging of data and inventorying of assets, support optimization of asset useful life, and provide critical data and evaluation tools for budgetary considerations. The hosted platform must include software, implementation services, training, and technical support to serve our Streets & Storm Drains, Fleet, Parks, and Facilities divisions within the Public Works Department.

Information packets regarding the content of the RFP will be available at the City of Fernley, Public Works Department, 595 Silver Lace Blvd, Fernley, Nevada or at www.cityoffernley.org under Bid Postings under the tab Request for Proposals or to receive the information packet emailed to you, please call (775) 784-9910.  The deadline for submitting to the RFP is 4:00 p.m. Local Time, October 31, 2025.

Submit one (1) unbound original and one (1) digital storage device with files saved in PDF format. The original paper document and digital storage device shall be postmarked no later than Friday, October 31, 2025. Both versions are required. Faxes and late responses will not be accepted.

The City intends to contract for the software and services before December 31, 2025.
