This RFP seeks to secure suppliers for enteral feeding consumables including Gastrostomy, Jejunostomy, Gastrojejunostomy tubes, and dual-lumen nasogastric tubes for decompression and suction—for use across all care settings and patients’ life span. Alberta Health Services (AHS) clinical sites. Ten (10)) categories have been identified:
1. Nasogastric (“NG”) Tubes and Nasojejunal (“NJ”) Tubes excluding PEG tubes
2. Neonatal Consumables
3. Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (“PEG”) Tubes 3
4.. Traditional length Gastrostomy (“G”) and Jejunostomy (“J”) Tubes including gastro-jejunal (“G-J”) Tubes
5. Low profile G and J tubes including G-J Tubes (Including both balloon and non-balloon and proprietary extension sets)
6. Dual Lumen NG Tubes (gastric decompression)
7. Extension Sets
8. Enteral Syringes
9. Securement Devices (Nasal Bridles)
10. Accessories including adapters, connectors, and pharmacy items such as DoseMates, press-ins/stepped bottle adapters, and pharm caps
