NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will receive LETTERS OF INTEREST until 11:00 A.M. CST on December 10, 2025, for an Enrollment Platform
It is our intent to award Encoura as the sole provider of an Enrollment Platform utilizing ACT data for prospective students. This partnership will strengthen connections between students and higher education institutions, supporting informed post-secondary planning. Encoura outsourcing services will provide college and career planning programs to high school students nationwide, enabling them to explore diverse educational opportunities.
THERE WILL BE NO SUBSTITUTE FOR THE PRODUCT WE ARE
REQUESTING. ALL MUST BE AS SPECIFIED. The service listing can be sent to interested bidders upon request by calling Patricia Cole at 870-575-8736.
