Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Franklin Keywords: Construction (Non Building), Signs/Signage, Traffic Control, Traffic Flagger, Concrete, Pedestrian Walkways Bid Description: LOCATION: The project is located at the intersection of Elm Street and Pleasant Street. The project is also located at the intersection of Elm Street and Jay View Drive, extending eastward to the Town of Enosburg recreational fields. TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Work to be performed under this project includes: Portland cement concrete sidewalk, drainage, pavement markings, signage and other highway related items.
