Enhanced Passenger Processing (EPP) Biometric Capture Equipment and System

Project Description: The MAC is seeking bids from qualified and experienced companies (individually or collectively, as the ”Bidder”), to procure, configure and deploy up to (15) biometric capture devices to be installed within the CBP’s Federal Inspection Services (FIS) area at MSP in both Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2) for its inbound traffic. These devices will be used by CBP or other authorized personnel to automate identity verification using TVS facial comparison technology in compliance with the congressional mandate for biometric entry-exit (hereafter may be referred to as the “Enhanced Passenger Processing System,” “EPP System,” or “System”).
