The Washington State Department of Transportation solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide near-continuous, non-contact monitoring of identified high-risk unstable slopes through the installation of remote camera monitoring systems and automated change detection analysis.
The primary focus of this agreement is to support WSDOT by enabling near-continuous, non-contact monitoring of identified high-risk unstable slopes through installation of remote camera monitoring systems and automated change detection analysis. The Change Detection Analysis and Photomonitoring Data Company ) will provide services to WSDOT for monitoring high-risk unstable slopes along Washington State Highways. The STATE anticipates monitoring up to 21 high-risk unstable slopes, grouped into eight locations.
However, the actual number of sites, cameras, and analysis frequency will be determined through individual Task Orders.
