Project Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid #25-17 Engineering Technologies Lab Equipment
and Supplies will be received and publicly opened on May 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Middlesex College,
Purchasing Department, Chambers Hall, Room 129, 2600 Woodbridge Ave., Edison, New Jersey,
08837.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and place indicated. No bids shall be received
after the deadline. The bid package must be downloaded through the College’s Procurement Portal:
https://middlesexcollege.bonfirehub.com/.
Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids via certified mail or overnight delivery to obtain a
confirmation of receipt.
Virtual attendees are required to email purchasing@middlesexcc.edu to obtain a link to the
teleconference which will have audio and visual capabilities.
The right is reserved to waive any or all informalities in, or to reject, any or all bids submitted and to
make awards in the best interest of the Middlesex College. Bids must conform to the specifications and
only responsive and responsible bids will be accepted.
All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27
et seq. Bidders are also required by law (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) to submit a list of names and addresses
of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock and must file a Non-Collusion Affidavit with the
bid. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, as amended.
