Engineering Services Relative to HVAC System Upgrades at Ellen P. Hubbell Elementary School

The City of Bristol is seeking proposals for development of construction documents for installation of HVAC System upgrades at Ellen P. Hubbell Elementary School, located at 90 West Washington Street.

Funding for this project is made available via American Rescue Plan Act / Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (“ARP/ESSER II”) funds. All work shall assume incorporation of regulations and considerations associated with the use of said funds.

Project materials and submission requirements may be obtained at no charge from the City of Bristol Purchasing Department web site via the document link noted below.

Please note that a non-mandatory pre-proposal submission site visit will be held at Ellen P. Hubbell Elementary School on December 13, 2023 at 3:30 pm; interested firms are requested to meet at the main entrance to the school.

Proposals will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until December 27, 2023 at 3:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. Interested firms are required to submit one original copy via digital media of the proposal to Roger Rousseau, Purchasing Agent, no later than the date and time noted above. Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the qualifications that in its judgment is in its best interest.
