Engineering Services Relative to Bridge Design - Andrews Street (Bridge 017011)

The City of Bristol is seeking proposals from firms to provide design and prepare complete construction plans and specifications, inclusive of survey, environmental permits and construction administration services, for the replacement of a bridge structure on Andrews Street over an unnamed brook. The selected firm shall demonstrate experience with the State Local Bridge Program and experience working with the Department of Transportation, as well as the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.

Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Purchasing Department, with an office located at 111 North Main Street, Bristol, CT until December 27, 2024 at 11:00 am; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in any submission, to reject any and/or all submissions, and to accept the proposal(s) that in its judgment is in its best interest.  Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive; the City does not assume responsibility for failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above.
