The City of Suffolk has issued this sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services through competitive negotiations for a term contract for water and sewer infrastructure improvements in total referred to as Engineering Services.

Special Requirements:

Submittals must be limited to twenty-five (25) pages, excluding required City forms and staff resumes. Required City forms and staff resumes should be submitted as a separate pdf attachment.

THERE WILL BE NO VIRTUAL INTERVIEWS.

Miscellaneous:

The contract shall cover the period beginning October 1, 2025 and continuing through September 30, 2026. This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term at the sole discretion of the City. Automatic renewals will occur for up to three (3) additional one-year periods through September 30, 2029. The right is further reserved by the City to not renew the resulting contract at the expiration of the anniversary date by furnishing the contractor with thirty (30) days written notice.
