Engineering Services for Terminal Electrification at TraPac within the Port of Los Angeles

TraPac, LLC is requesting proposals from qualified professional architectural and engineering firms to provide design engineering, project management, construction bid package preparation, and construction management services in support of their EPA funded terminal electrification project.

12/1/2025, 01:00 PM PST	TraPac Terminal, Port of Los Angeles:	Site Tour and Q&A Session There is a mandatory site tour on December 1, 2025 at 1pm at the TraPac facility. To RSVP, contractors should send the following information to EPAGrant-LosAngeles@trapac.com: ❑ Name of your firm ❑ Name(s) of up to two employees at your firm who will be attending the site tour and a description of their TWIC card status (e.g. one employee has a TWIC card) ❑ Contact phone number ❑ Contact e-mail Additionally, a mandatory Q&A session is scheduled for December 1, 2025 at 2:30pm. Contractors that attend the in-person site tour may join TraPac in a conference room at the TraPac facility for Q&A session. Contractors may also participate in the Q&A session remotely.
