REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) : Engineering services for t he Municipal Water System Improvements Project , Town of Friendship , NY. The Town of Friendship , currently undertaking the design and c onstructi on of their water source, storage , and distribution syst em improvements , is requesting Licensed Professional Engineers to submit qualifications for this project of suitable detail and completeness to satisfy the regulat ory and funding agencies. A copy of the detailed RF Q is available upon request . M/WBE firms and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit .
