The City of Suffolk has issued this sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and management services to support the City’s obligations associated with the Department of Public Utilities/Regional Special Order by Consent (SOBC) with the State Water Control Board

Miscellaneous:

The contract shall cover the period beginning June 1, 2025, and continuing through May 31, 2026. This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions at the expiration of its term at the sole discretion of the City. Automatic renewals will occur for up to three (3) additional one-year periods through May 31, 2029. The right is further reserved by the City to not renew the resulting contract at the expiration of the anniversary date by furnishing the contractor with thirty (30) days written notice.
