Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Circle B Bar Reserve, located at 4399 Winter Lake Road, Workshop, Lakeland, FL 33803. An authorized representative or agent of the Proposer must be present at this meeting in person as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Proposers Proposal will be considered non-responsive. A MANDATORY site visit will immediately follow.
