Synopsis
|
The purpose of this contract is to provide engineering and related services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment Division (“County”) for the Supplemental Compliance and Corrective Action Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program (“Program”). This RFP is seeking a team to perform multidisciplinary engineering services for each project within the Program, including an alternatives analysis and development of an engineering report that meets WAC 173-240-060.
At this time, projects identified for immediate inclusion in the program are Barton CSO Control Project (outfall DSN 057), South Magnolia CSO Control Project (DSN 006), and the Hanford #1 outfall (DSN 031). Additional CSO control projects currently uncontrolled that may be added to the program are: 63rd Avenue SW Pump Station (DSN 054), North Beach CSO Control Project (DSN 048), and the 30th Ave NE CSO Control Project (DSN 049). This contract will include project specific work within each phase. For this contract, the County has determined that the maximum labor rate limitation will not apply.
