Lower Paxton Township receives an annual allocation of approximately $245,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Township has available allocations from fiscal years 2023–2024, 2024–2025, and 2025–2026, totaling approximately $735,000. These funds must be committed and expended on eligible projects within HUD guidelines, and the Township is seeking engineering services to assist in implementing the activities funded through these allocations.

In compliance with Procurement Standards included in 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Lower Paxton Township desires to retain an Engineering Consultant who will prepare plans and specifications and provide necessary advice and expertise to assist Lower Paxton Township in implementing a variety of projects.
