Engineering Services (Electrical), Sportsplex

The Municipality of East Hants (“East Hants”) requires the services of an engineering firm to complete three different scopes of work at the Sportsplex in Lantz, Nova Scotia, as further specified in Section 2 of this RFP.

Scope 1 includes, but may not be limited to, the development of a detailed design for the conduit, cabling, network switches, and other elements related to installation of CCTV security cameras across the facility. The deliverable includes the drawings, specifications, schematics, and other information necessary to tender the work.

Scope 2 includes, but may not be limited to, the review of lighting controls and lighting fixtures at the Sportsplex, including the dome, and the design of replacement fixtures and controls, including all instructions, specifications, schematics, and drawings necessary to tender the work.

Scope 3 includes, but is not limited to, the development of detailed design of access control for select doors in the Sportsplex. This will include specification of the control system, necessary elements such as access controls and electric latches, and specifications which can be used to tender the work.

To this end, East Hants is seeking competitive Proposals from the marketplace to identify the Consultant to possibly provide these Services.
