ENGINEERING SERVICES – COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY ACTION PLAN. The City of Apple Valley is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive safety action plan and supplemental safe routes to school plan. The successful applicant will deliver the final plans by September 30, 2027. To be considered, one (1) digital copy of a proposal must be submitted to evan.acosta@applevalleymn.gov and three (3) hard copies mailed to Apple Valley City Hall, 7100 147 th St W by 12 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Questions regarding this request can be directed in writing to Evan Acosta, City of Apple Valley, evan.acosta@applevalleymn.gov .
