Middletown Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Engineering Services for the alteration project at Keigwin School, 99 Spruce Street, Middletown CT. Alteration project includes asbestos abatement, floor replacement, installation of new Building Management System, Replacement of HVAC Units, and installation of new HVAC system in cafeteria. * Pre-proposal site visit will be held at Keigwin School, 99 Spruce Street on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 4:00 pm. Site visit is mandatory for interested parties to attend to be familiarized with the project.
