Notice of RFQ for Engineering Professional Services

The City of McNeil, Arkansas, has been awarded an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to make improvements to the water and/or wastewater system.
The City of McNeil, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above- referenced project contingent upon awarding the project.
Procedures for the selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.

All interested parties must submit their response no later than Monday, July 27, 2026, by 10:00 a.m. Statements received after that time will not be considered. McNeil reserves the right to reject Statements of Qualifications and to waive any or all formalities deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
