Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 03/19/2024 for RFP # 24-055: To Provide Construction Engineering & Inspection Services for the Springfield Ave. (CR-603) - 7 Intersection in the Township of Irvington and the City of Newark, N.J. (County of Essex)..

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
