Engineering and design services for the expansion of the William S. Smith Water Reclamation Facility from 1.9 MGD to 3.0 MGD. The selected consultant will provide project management, topographic and structure surveys, geotechnical and biotic evaluations, conceptual design, final design, permitting support, and bid-phase assistance.?

The project includes the addition of treatment basins, clarifiers, recirculation systems, an additional bar screen to the existing head works, associated infrastructure to improve capacity, nutrient removal, and compliance with the Homosassa and Chassahowitzka BMAP.??
?
Coordination with FDEP and SWFWMD will be required for ERP and wastewater permit updates. The project will be designed to accommodate future phased construction and support reclaimed water reuse goals.?
?Note: Contractor to provide/confirm all materials amounts and quantities.

This conference will be held only once and is open to the public.
