ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES FOR WATERSHED PERMITTING AND WASTEWATER PLANNING

The Town of Yarmouth, through its Town Administrator, invites submission of qualifications from professional engineering firms for wastewater planning services. Services include updates to the Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan, Watershed Permit preparation, Intermunicipal Agreement development, groundwater discharge design, MA DEP and SRF coordination, and wastewater collection and pumping system design.

This solicitation is not subject to M.G.L. c. 30B or M.G.L. c. 7C Designer Selection Law. Issuance of the RFQ does not submit the Town to the provisions of these statutes.

Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. EDT on July 8, 2025, at the Administration Office, Dept. of Public Works, 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to award the contract in its best interest. The Town is an EOE and encourages participation by Massachusetts-certified MBE/WBE firms.
