Engineering Consultant Services on Term Contract

Proposers are solely responsible for reviewing, complying and returning a complete and responsive proposal. Failure to submit any of the required information may result in the proposal being rejected or receiving a lower evaluation score. Changes to this RFP forms or formats are prohibited except where clearly instructed and permitted.

Without exception, submissions outside of the eVA system will not be accepted. Therefore, email, mail, fax or hand delivery submission will not be accepted.

Prior to the due date, Proposers should check the status of the solicitation on eVA at www.eva.virginia.gov by clicking on Business Opportunities and then click on Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO) for any updates, changes, amendments, cancellations, etc.

The following are instructions for submitting an electronic response to solicitations:

1.        Go to www.eva.virginia.gov
2.        Click on “I Sell To Virginia”
3.        Click on “eVA Supplier Training”, and
4.        Click on “Viewing and Responding to Solicitations Video”
