Engineering and Architectural Services for a Preservation Plan, Design Development, Stage 1 Construction Management for the Mercer County Courthouse and Annex Located at 209 South Broad Street, Trenton, New Jersey

The County of Mercer is requesting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms with historic preservation expertise to develop a Preservation Plan, provide design development and manage Stage 1 of construction for the Mercer County Courthouse and Annex located at 209 South Broad Street, Trenton, New Jersey. The goal of this project is to assess the current structural and architectural condition of the building, identify necessary repairs and historic preservation measures, and provide a phased implementation plan for rehabilitation with cost estimates. This project will focus mainly on the Courthouse, as the Annex has been recently renovated.

SITE-VISIT: February 11, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (Attendance is not mandatory; however, attendance is highly recommended) located at 209 South Broad Street, Trenton NJ. Please note a wavier is required to attend .
