ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES. The Thief River Falls Regional Airport Authority (TVF), Thief River Falls, MN (“Airport Authority”) is requesting Statements of Qualification (“RFQ Proposal”) from interested and qualified consultants for professional engineering and architectural services for the Thief River Falls Regional Airport (“Airport”). Professional, technical, and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the Airport’s Capital Improvement Plan (“CIP”). A five (5) year selection will be awarded to the successful bidder. Submissions are due on Dec. 13, 2024 by 4:30 pm CST.
