Engineering/Architect Services for City of Groton Muni Bldg Roof Replacement

The City of Groton will receive proposals at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 295 Meridian Street, Groton, Connecticut 06340, until 11:30 A.M. on May 19, 2026. The project is a full replacement of the City of Groton Municipal building roof, approximately 32,900 sq. ft., located at 295 Meridian Street, Groton, CT 06340. The flat roofs are currently failing. Due to the condition of the roof, the timeline for completion of this design work and bid documents is of the essence. The scope of the roof replacement project will be to remove the old roofing down to the structural decking and replace it with a new flat roof system. The City anticipates the roof replacement to take place in the Fall of 2026.
