The Town of Medfield (Awarding Authority) issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), pursuant to 225 CMR 19.00, from qualified energy management service companies (ESCOs) interested in implementing a comprehensive, performance-based, Energy Conservation Project (Project) with guaranteed savings at its buildings and facilities. The Awarding Authority intends to select and enter into an Energy Management Services Contract with the most highly qualified provider per the evaluation criteria herein.
The awarding Authority may cancel this RFQ, or may reject in whole or in part any and all responses if the Awarding Authority determines that cancellation or rejection is in its best interest
