The 316th Civil Engineer Squadron anticipates a requirement for operation and maintenance services for the Energy Management Control System (EMCS) at Joint Base Andrews, to include Cybersecurity elements. The current EMCS is a Siemens Building Technologies, Landis Division, Insight System 600 with Desigo Apogee software. Please see attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for a detailed explanation of required services.
