Bid Description:
The Town of Mt. Tabor is requesting bids to implement energy efficiency improvements to the Town Office. The tasks are based on an energy audit previously performed for the Town. Sealed bids are due by 12:00 noon on August 1, 2025. They can be delivered to the Town Office located at 522 Brooklyn Road, Mt. Tabor, VT 05739. Five (5) copies of the proposal should be included in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Selectboard. The title of the bid must be clearly visible on the outside of the envelope. This will be a fixed price bid. A public opening will be at the normal Selectboard meeting on August 12, 2025.
Special Instructions:
Any questions from bidders, other than those asked during the prebid meeting, will be submitted in writing, and answers will be sent to all bidders no later than July 25, 2025. The questions will be submitted to noelweeks46@gmail.com and copied to maggie@rutlandrpc.org. All questions must be submitted before noon on July 18, 2025.

A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at 11:00 am on July 16, 2025 at the Town Office. This will include a walkthrough of the Town Office. Bidders may send up to 2 individuals to the meeting. Any questions asked during the prebid meeting will be annotated, and a written copy of all answers will be provided to all bidders. A list of prebid attendees will be obtained to include the name of the company, attendee name, physical address, email, and phone number.
