Bid Description:
The Town of Pawlet is requesting bids to implement energy efficiency improvements to the Town Hall and the Pawlet Public Library. The tasks are based on an energy audit previously performed for the Town. Sealed bids are due by 12:00 noon, June 13, 2025. They can be delivered to the
Town Office located at 122 School Street, Pawlet, VT 05761. The sealed envelopes must be addressed to the attention of the Selectboard, and the title of the bid must be located on the outside of the envelope. This will be a fixed price bid. A public opening will be at the normal Selectboard meeting on June 24, 2025

Special Instructions:
Any questions from bidders, other than those asked during the prebid meeting, will be submitted in writing. The questions will be submitted to jessvanoort@gmail.com and copied to maggie@rutlandrpc.org. All questions, other than those asked during the pre-bid meeting, must be submitted before noon on May 30, 2025.

Site Visit:	Date: 6/4/2025 1:00:00 PM	Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on June 4, 2025 at the Town Hall. This will include a walkthrough of the Town Hall and Pawlet Public Library. Bidders may send up to 2 individuals to the meeting. Any questions asked during the prebid meeting will be annotated, and a written copy of all answers will be provided to all bidders. A list of prebid attendees will be obtained to include the name of the company, attendee name, physical address, email, and phone number.
