2025 Endowment Grant Request

The Virginia Board for the Blind and Vision Impaired is offering competitive grants to support services for individuals who are blind, visually impaired, or deafblind in the Commonwealth. Funding is provided through the Boardâs Endowment Fund, which collects private gifts, grants, and donations.Entities interested in strengthening services for these communities are encouraged to submit a funding request by June 1, 2025. There is no minimum or maximum grant limit, and applications must be submitted via the designated form. The application period opens April 1, 2025, and accepted applicants must provide outcome reports detailing the impact of funding by December 1, 2025, and June 1, 2026.Questions requiring a long answer are limited to 4,000 characters.Applicants can save and edit their responses before the deadline.The form language can be changed via the dropdown menu in the upper right corner.
