The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth), Department of General Services (Agency) is seeking Offerors to provide hardware as well as associated installation, asset management, service integration, and support services solutions from a professional Offeror with a high degree of skill and knowledge that will meet the Agency’s requirements for End User Compute Devices (EUCD). The Agency is seeking through this Request for Proposal (RFP), to procure ongoing hardware and associated services that are provided to various departments, boards, commissions, agencies and political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Project). The Offeror shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, supplies, hardware, software, examination facilities, training, data processing services, reporting and security. The RFP has been broken down into Lots with estimated annual spend by product sub-category provided for reference purposes, with the award approach varying by Lot.
