Description
The purpose of this contract is to improve the condition of Shelter Bay FSR for industrial use for current and future timber development in the BCTS Okanagan-Columbia Cascadia Operating Area. The project area for upgrade will cover from 10.3km to 14km of Shelter Bay FSR, with material sourcing from 10.3 to 18.5km.

All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.OkanaganColumbiaTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca . Deadline for receiving questions is 4:00 pm on May 16, 2025. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by May 22, 2025.
Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
A Bid Security is required for this contract, supplied at the time of tender, and to the standards outlined in Section 6.0 of the Conditions of Tender.
If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract award results will be available on BC Bid.
