2025 Emulsion RFQ

The Gilmer County Board of Commissioners will accept quotes for Emulsion/Emulsion Latex products until 3:00 p.m. on October 30, 2024 at which time they will be opened for review for the following materials:

¿        CRS-2H
¿        CRS-2-P (latex modified)
¿        Prime

Quote responses shall reflect pricing for:

1.        Delivered product, to include pricing for both FULL loads and PARTIAL loads including all ancillary cost (Freight, Federal Environmental Fees, etc.)

2.        Non-Delivered Product, to include pricing for both FULL loads and PARTIAL loads including all ancillary cost (Freight, Federal Environmental Fees, etc.).

Quote responses shall reflect pricing for the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The Successful bidder will be expected to sign a contract with Gilmer County. All questions should be directed to Ryan Steingruber at 706-635-4589 (rsteingruber@gilmercounty-ga.gov).

Each sealed quote envelope shall be clearly marked on the outside ¿Emulsion Quote¿ and submitted to the following address:

Gilmer County reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to accept complete or partial quotes, and to accept partial quotes from different vendors, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the county by the commissioners, and to waive any irregularities thereunder. All of the above provisions shall be consistent with and governed by the county charter.
