Description

The City of Spokane Solid Street Department Is Requesting Bids for Spec’d Emulsified Asphalt (CSS-1h and CSS-1), and Fog Seal - As Needed Over Five (5) Year Period, with annual pricing adjustments on the anniversary of the award with justification.

Resulting Value Blanket Order would be for a five-year (5) year period beginning approximately June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2031.

Orders would be placed as needed during five-year period, and payment would only be made for actual orders placed and accepted.
