Project Description: The Demolition of an existing masonry wall constructed Animal Shelter building, and the Construction of a new
7,990 SF Emergency Medical Services Facility along with all exterior grading, drainage, asphalt, concrete, fencing,
and landscaping. The building consists of 1 story with unprotected load bearing masonry walls, light gage steel roof
trusses, metal decking, and standing seam metal roofing. Includes fully automatic monitored sprinkler system and
fire alarm & detection system. The building includes a residential living space and a 3-bay vehicle apparatus.
