Notice is hereby given that the City of Grand Forks is requesting bids for their employer group medical plan benefits.

Bids shall be in accordance with Bid Documents prepared by Brown & Brown Insurance Services, Inc. A copy of the Bid Documents will be made available by emailing Tammy. Terras@bbrown.com or calling (701) 353-7450.Questions should also be directed via email to Tammy Terras, Senior Benefits Analyst, Brown & Brown Insurance Services, Inc.

Bids will be emailed to Tammy Terras no later than 4 pm CST on June 12 ^th , 2026. Any bids received after the scheduled time will not be considered. All bids will be considered best and final. It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm receipt of bid.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof, to waive informalities or irregularities in a bid received, and to accept that bid which appears to be in the best interests of the City of Grand Forks. The City shall incur no legal liability or obligation until a contract is awarded and approved by the appropriate authorities.
