Employee Uniform Rental and Laundering

Project Description: The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) is a Special District within the State of California that owns, maintains, and operates passenger rail service in Sonoma County and Marin County. SMART is seeking Proposals from qualified, reliable Service Providers to provide SMART employees with uniforms and to provide shop towels and towels to be used to clean glass (glass towels). Service Provider will pick up, launder, press as needed, and return the rented uniforms and towels to two locations in Sonoma County, California on a weekly basis. Service Provider shall provide uniform fitting services, repair, and other ancillary services as requested. This contract has a 3-year base term with (2) one-year options to extend thereafter. This Agreement may be funded using Local Funds. Consultant shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while performing work under the Agreement.
