The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $ 120,000 .

Background

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment, tools, machinery, facilities, and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. The Contract will be a general contract to remove all existing and install new plumbing fixtures, room finishes, toilet & urinal partitions and toilet accessories in the men and women's staff restroom and shower areas located at Collin County Justice Center (CCJC) 4300 Community Ave McKinney, Texas 75071.

Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents.
