Scope of Services
HCPS is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified Proposers interested in providing Employee Benefits Consulting and Actuarial Services that will collaborate with HCPS to develop a long-term strategy to include best-in-class, competitive, and affordable benefit plans for its employees and retirees. HCPS intends, through this solicitation, to identify qualified Contractor(s). The provision of the goods and services herein includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications herein. This section identifies HCPS’ desired goods and services and levels of performance. The Proposer shall complete Attachment A, indicating a response to all service requirements and specifications contained herein.
